Cancellation Policy for lavish looks by lex To provide the best service to all clients and respect everyone’s time, please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Appointment Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us enough time to fill your spot and accommodate other clients. 2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will incur 50% service charge. 3. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the booked service. Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future appointments. 4. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust your services. A late fee will be added towards the total of the service. The full service fee may still apply. 5. Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please communicate with us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
